About Us
The collaborative idea of three division-1 collegiate sports performance coaches who have witnessed the misfortune of athletes over-specializing in sport without a foundation of physical preparation. While these athletes become gifted at their sport, the lack of physical qualities becomes the limiting-factor to career longevity and success.

To deliver elite-level coaching that is centered on building a holistic foundation of physical preparation for athletes. We believe in programming logically and targeting physical qualities that correlate with long-term athletic success. We do not believe in programming mindless exercises that solely makes athletes tired. Everything in the program has a purpose and athletes will be taught foundational movements that will be mastered over time.
Coaches
Brian Amenta, CSCS, MS
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and over ten years of experience in collegiate sports performance at the division-1 level.
Rob Nelson, CSCS, MS
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master's Degree in Health Science. Over 8 years coaching experience in collegiate, professional and youth sports performance.
Zach Woodard, CSCS, MS
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning and ten years of experience in collegiate sports performance.
In-Person & Remote Coaching
The foundation will be in-person coaching via two,1-hour sessions per week consisting of strength, power, and speed movements.
Remote coaching is a convenient option for athletes that wish to train on their own, but still have access to expert programming and guidance. All programming is delivered via an interactive, user-friendly app.
Facility
Operating out of Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Arena, we will utilize the varsity weight room and turf areas. We have the tools to deliver the highest quality of coaching.
